It is a functional exercise that facilitate to develop sustainable movement patterns throughout the body. Pilates is an effective method for reducing risk of injury and keeping the joints safe. Suitable for everyone regardless of age and fitness level.

Yoga

Yoga helps to reduce stress, depression, and anxiety, as it promotes relaxation. Helps to heal tension to the body like back pain, and prevents chronic illnesses associated with mental stress. Helps to have better sleep and boosts your immune system. Improve flexibility, strength, stamina, and balance. After the practice you will feel energized, with a sense of lightness, calmness, and peace.

Sound Healing Meditation

Sound Healing Meditation is the use of sound as a tool to cultivate and support deep relaxation. It is a therapeutic and meditative experience meant to guide the mind and body into relaxation. This practice is highly effective at triggering our relaxation response, which counters the many symptoms caused by chronic stress. Sound Healing Meditation supports our physical, mental and emotional well-being.

Being both Pilates and a Yoga practitioner, I see the beauty in both method of practice.  As a teacher I believe in holistic approach, by healing the physical body through mindful movement and manage our thoughts and emotions through energy healing of meditation.
